Looks like I've just pulled!

Now, here's a curiosity of a picture. Taken in November 1927, the original caption reads: 'A trolley 'chair' being used by residents to cross the River Cart, Glasgow, to reach their homes as there is no bridge.'

Now, while it, obviously, must be somewhere on the Southside, the picture gives no clue as to where exactly on the White Cart Water these daring damsels lived.

Anyone remember their granny talking about getting a hurl across the Cart?
